American Chariot Contest

General

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind does not increase odds of winning. Sweepstakes begins at 12am PT May 16, 2007, and ends at 11:59pm PT July 31, 2007. To enter, complete and submit the official online entry form at www.expo1000.com/contest. All entries must be received by 11:59pm PT July 31, 2007. Limit: one (1) entry per person, per email address, per postal address. This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of time of entry.

Prize shall be awarded to Agency or Company

The winning contestant must be employed by in the parking industry and the prize shall be awarded to the Agency, Parking Authority, or Private Parking Company and not to the individual contestant. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Privacy

Sponsors will not use or share the Personally Identifiable Information collected on our site in ways unrelated to the purpose for which you provided the information. We store and process your information on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. If you object to your Information being used in this way please do not use our services or enter this essay contest.

Selection of winning essay

Winning essay will be selected by a judging committee selected by The American Chariot Company and Clancy Systems International, Inc. on or about June 15, 2006, from all eligible entries received.

Prize

The winner's parking agency or parking company will receive one American Chariot. Total retail value of prize: $3,850. Sponsors shall also pay shipping costs. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

Taxes

Winner is responsible for any taxes due on prize.

All decisions are final

Decisions by the judges regarding receipt, processing and selection are final. No substitution of prizes will be made by winner. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value.

Not eligible

The employees of American Chariot Company, Clancy Systems International, Inc. ("Sponsors"), their advertising agencies and promotion companies, agents, subsidiaries and families are not eligible. Additionally, since prize shall be awarded only to a parking industry agency or company, entrant must be employeed by the agency or company.

Winner's limited permission

Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name, essay, company or agency and likeness for publicity without any additional compensation, unless prohibited by law or agency/company restriction. All federal, state and local laws apply.

Sponsors are not responsible

Sponsors are not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Web entrants must have a valid email address. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this essay contest should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the contest. See privacy policy for details regarding the information collected in connection with this game. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. Any attempt to deliberately damage any Website or undermine the legitimate operation of the essay contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any violator to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Winner notification

Winner will be notified by email, phone call, and/or regular mail and must respond to notification within seven (7) days of the notification date. If notification is undeliverable or no response is received, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. Winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
