Can anyone tell me where I can find out the specific laws on booting on private property. I have over 25 lots that I boot on. Some of these are coin-box, some are business that don't want people to park on their lots, some are apartments, etc. I have been able to do this for the past 9 months, but now the city attorney is saying that I can only do in on lots that provide parking services and not those who do not, like the business owners who don't want anybody on their lots and the apartment owners. I don't understand the difference because it is all private property. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
