| At the City of Melbourne (Australia) we use Verbal Judo techniques to help officers deal with customer service and critical incidents. Training is carried out every year for all officers. Verbal Judo is a proven training technique and can be found on the internet. Video Tapes are available, but we found it more informative when a presenter came out - the presenter spent a couple of days with our officers on the road, and altered the presentation to better suit our needs. |
