| We have noticed our parking meter revenue has been steadily declining, not by a lot, but consistantly, for more than a year. We are currently off by about 5% for last year, compared to a 4% increase in each of the three prior years. We've done some investigating, but to no avail, and we are at a loss to explain the reversal. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Your assistance will be appreciated. |
