Clancy Systems International, Inc. Expands to Private Parking Clients

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 12, 2003--Clancy Systems International, Inc. (OTCBB: CLSI - News) expands its programs to the private parking sector.
With interest increasing for parking compliance in the off-street arena, Clancy has expanded its programs for private lot and security operators. Contracts have been signed with Strategic Protection Agency of Milwaukee, Summit Security Guard Service of San Diego, and Western Towing of San Diego. Off-street monitoring benefits property owners and managers in the areas of permit parking and honor box payments. Enforcement and compliance are greatly enhanced by the Clancy system.

The programs will utilize Clancy's software and ticket issuance devices. A comprehensive noticing program will allow operators to generate notices for violators and improve collection efforts. The programs will also utilize Denver Boots, manufactured by Clancy, for enforcement, and Clancy's "Remit-online.com" web payment service for online payments.

The teaming of Clancy and the off-street operators augments Clancy's primary operations with cities and universities for ticket issuance and processing systems.
