| Does anyone have information about success or liability incurred when video cameras are posted in parking facilities? Should these cameras be actively scanned or can they be used as investigation tools only without incurring liability if some sort of incident should occur and not be responed to? I would appreciatte any feedback on this subject. Thanks |
