| The City of La Puente is thinking of converting its parking citations from the handwritten ones to the hand held devices. It will cost more and justifying the additional costs is difficult. Personally, I like the handwritten ones better. Any opinions out there on the pros and cons of the hand held devices? Which ones better (handwritten tickets or the automated tickets)?? |
