I am thinking about starting a parking enforcement company and am curious where to start. I have a few questions for anybody to answer: What kind of insurance do I need if all that I want to do is boot cars? Where can I find the State laws in Alabama about booting cars? How much should I charge? Do I split that money with the property owner or do I keep it all? Do I charge property owners for the service? What is the best boot?
